About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead development of the Home & Auto platform’s overarching commercial strategy
  • Translate platform capabilities, market dynamics, client needs, and enterprise priorities into a focused growth plan
  • Define ideal client profiles, priority use cases, opportunity industries, and client segments with the Growth organization
  • Establish the approach for taking platform products to market
  • Lead the VP, Platform Commercialization - Product and VP, Platform Commercialization - Marketing
  • Develop and maintain the platform’s multi-year commercial strategy with the SI team
  • Create client- and industry-level commercialization strategies and positioning plans
  • Assess market, competitive, client, and portfolio insights to identify whitespace opportunities and adoption barriers
  • Build prioritized roadmaps for product adoption, marketing enablement, sales/client activation, and measurement
  • Lead cross-functional planning across Platform, Product, Growth, Sales/Client teams, Industry leaders, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics
  • Set direction and priorities for the Product Strategist and Marketing Strategist; coach and integrate their work
  • Develop business cases and executive recommendations for commercialization investments, resource allocation, and go-to-market changes
  • Create governance and operating rhythms to review performance and adjust strategy
  • Advise platform leadership on growth opportunities, commercialization decisions, and portfolio tradeoffs
  • Lead client-facing presentations with client teams
  • Guide commercial enablement materials, client-facing messaging, and market-facing communications
  • Deliver platform commercial strategy, client profiles, commercialization playbooks, positioning architecture, adoption roadmaps, scorecards, and executive decision materials
  • Drive qualified pipeline growth, product penetration, adoption, revenue, decision quality, cross-functional alignment, and market readiness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, strategy, finance, economics, or a related field; in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma/GED and 15 years of related experience
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial strategy, growth strategy, product commercialization, management consulting, go-to-market, or consumer marketing
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority
  • People leadership experience and a track record of setting clear direction and developing high-performing strategic talent
  • Client relationship management experience, including selling complex ideas or programs
  • Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of onboarding
  • Must satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
