About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the strategic evolution and enhancement of the enterprise Privileged Access Management program
- Own and communicate the multi-year PAM product strategy and roadmap
- Serve as Product Owner for Delinea capabilities across infrastructure, databases, cloud, and applications
- Lead and manage Privileged Access Analysts
- Drive adoption of PAM best practices including secure vaulting, credential rotation, least privilege, authentication, governance, and monitoring
- Implement and expand privileged access lifecycle controls from discovery and onboarding through provisioning, rotation, session governance, and de-provisioning
- Enable Zero Trust-aligned access patterns including JIT access, approval-based elevation, time-bound entitlements, and continuous verification
- Oversee PAM monitoring, credential lifecycle management, privileged session monitoring/recording, and access analytics
- Define and enforce risk-tiered control policies and governance workflows
- Lead PAM integrations with ITSM and security tooling, incident/change processes, and event monitoring/analytics platforms
- Build relationships with IAM governance, Security Operations, Infrastructure/Cloud, Application, and Audit/Compliance teams
- Prioritize remediation work, define success metrics, and report outcomes to senior stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional initiatives through influence and ensure delivery with minimal-to-moderate leadership guidance
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with depth in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and security controls
- Experience in one or more of: Privileged Access Management (PAM), SSO, MFA, CIAM, RBAC, and/or directory governance
- Success delivering cross-functional technology/security initiatives across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
- Ability to cultivate partnerships with business and technology stakeholders
- Leadership through mentoring, coaching, enablement, product roadmaps, skill development, and team maturity
- Requirements and delivery execution skills, including elicitation, documentation, user stories, workflows, and process maps
- Experience supporting Agile/Scrum execution
- Hands-on experience with ITSM platforms, including catalog, incident/problem/change workflows, dashboards/reporting, and audit-readiness documentation
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
- Experience implementing and operating Delinea PAM solutions, including Secret Server preferred
- Advanced expertise in PAM best practices, risk-based security controls, credential lifecycle management, privileged session monitoring/recording, privileged identity governance, and audit-ready control evidence
- Experience designing or implementing Zero Trust and JIT privileged access models
- Knowledge of automated discovery tooling, behavioral analytics, privileged anomaly detection, and compliance/audit frameworks
- Experience designing and implementing dual-control policies/workflows
- Strong communication skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints
- Must satisfy Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required; employment visa sponsorship unavailable
