About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver technology and business solutions to clients across Financial Services, Pharma & Life Sciences, Manufacturing, and Utilities
Analyze client business processes and system requirements to design appropriate solutions
Apply industry best practices to solution design and implementation
Configure and adapt technology solutions to meet client-specific needs
Ensure delivered solutions align with functional and technical requirements
Conduct detailed requirements analysis with client stakeholders
Perform data analysis to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
Create analytical reports to support decision-making and solution validation
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Validate data and requirements throughout the project lifecycle
Assist with customization and configuration of technology solutions
Support system setup, testing, and validation activities
Collaborate with technical and functional teams during implementation
Ensure accuracy and completeness of configured solution components
Resolve configuration issues identified during testing and client review
Work with other consultants on customer sites as part of small to large project teams
Report to the Omaha, Nebraska office

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related analytical or technical field
3 years of experience in data migration, data governance, or related data-focused roles, or any occupation in which the experience was gained
Three years of experience participating as a team member on consulting or technology implementation projects
Experience participating in at least one full ERP implementation lifecycle
Experience using Microsoft SQL Server, including writing SQL queries, understanding table structures, and working with relational database concepts
Experience performing data quality analysis
Experience conducting statistical analysis using defined methodologies or tools
Experience mining and analyzing transactional electronic data
Experience performing requirements analysis
Experience performing data analysis for business or technology projects
Experience creating data or analytic reports using structured datasets
Experience supporting the customization or configuration of technology solutions
