About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process and tools
Develop and deploy Finance tools and processing across the organization
Train business stakeholders on the AOP process
Support monthly and quarterly business review processes
Perform financial modeling and ad hoc analytics
Develop and identify insights and opportunities
Provide analytical support for strategic investment decisions
Generate corporate and business segment forecasts based on defined cadences
Create executive management reporting dashboards and distill key insights
Develop and deploy tools and processes across the organization as the business defines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years Financial or business-related analysis experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Broad knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
Ability to furnish information in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several discrete variables in standardized situations
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
Capable of working with little direct supervision
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States
Regularly able to sit, stand, walk, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and telephone
Frequently able to sit and reach with hands and arms
Occasionally able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
