Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multiple complex projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Define project scope, requirements, objectives, timelines, and success metrics with sponsors and stakeholders
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource requirements, communication plans, and risk mitigation strategies
Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests
Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, operations, technology, and vendor organizations
Drive project execution, resolve obstacles, and ensure projects stay on track, within budget, and achieve business outcomes
Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide updates to frontline teams and executive leadership
Support organizational change management for project implementations
Participate in vendor evaluations and implementation planning
Capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement and project management best practices
Mentor less experienced project team members
Contribute to advancing project management capabilities across the organization
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
7+ years of project management experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects
Demonstrated success delivering business and technology initiatives from concept through implementation
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects within a matrixed organization
Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Master's degree (MBA or related field) preferred
10+ years of project management experience preferred
Experience with enterprise software implementations, process improvement initiatives, and organizational change management preferred
Experience working with global teams and suppliers across multiple time zones preferred
Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt), Agile, ITIL, or Change Management certifications preferred
Proficiency in project planning and execution, scope/schedule/budget management, risk and issue management, stakeholder/vendor management, resource planning, change management, facilitation, and presentation
Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Visio, and Power BI preferred
