About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Acquire new accounts with small and medium-sized businesses with 1–9 employees
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quota objectives
  • Prospect, cold-call, network, and generate leads and referrals
  • Analyze customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques
  • Recommend wireless solutions, including price plans, data services, handsets, and accessories
  • Negotiate and close business
  • Generate and work leads in developed and underdeveloped territories under sales manager supervision
  • Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
  • Participate in product training and sales meetings
  • Create sales approaches, solutions, and proposals
  • Utilize sales force automation, manage the sales funnel, and report on sales activities and forecasts
  • Conduct field and face-to-face sales

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with a high degree of multitasking
  • Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Effective negotiating and closing skills, including communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving
  • Must live within the Miami/Ft Lauderdale, Florida territory
  • Travel required
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience (Preferred)
  • Outside B2B sales experience (Preferred)
