About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support TFB Sales leadership and Sales teams with analytical decision support, insights, and compensation execution focused on Total Billed Revenue (TBR)
Own and redefine the Total Billed Revenue quota methodology and measure its effectiveness in driving sales performance
Partner with segment owners to support and deliver TBR quota needs
Execute TFB Sales compensation processes accurately and on time
Investigate, validate, and resolve compensation inquiries and reported issues from TFB Sellers
Gather, validate, and analyze TBR and seller activity data
Communicate data findings and insights to leadership and stakeholders
Develop and deliver reports and perform ad-hoc analysis for compensation and TBR performance needs
Provide analytical insights and decision support for compensation and quota decisions
Collaborate with senior management to define and prioritize analysis, compensation, and quota initiatives
Provide cross-training and backup support to ensure operational continuity
Perform other duties and projects assigned by business management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
4+ years working experience solving analytical problems using research, quantitative and qualitative approaches (Required)
Working experience with Excel and Salesforce (Required)
Working experience with Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake (Preferred)
Must be a US Citizen
Legally authorized to work in the United States
At least 18 years of age
