About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver insights and help leaders make strategic and operational decisions
  • Provide insights, analysis and recommendations for data-driven, optimized experiences
  • Serve as a key point of contact for data and reporting solutions
  • Create reports, dashboards, visuals and self-service environments
  • Define product feature and campaign success metrics and benchmarks
  • Use analytical and modeling capabilities to support decision-making across multiple options
  • Present findings and recommendations to prioritize organizational resources
  • Partner with marketing, product and platform teams on complex modeling and analysis requests
  • Design and develop reporting structures and interfaces
  • Administer standardized reports used across teams
  • Drive business improvements in a matrixed environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in data analysis, data science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required)
  • 4–7 years solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches (Required)
  • 4–7 years reporting and analyzing performance and data visualization using Tableau, Power BI, etc. (Required)
  • 4–7 years in advanced analytics, including SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis and research (Required)
  • Exceptional data analysis using wide-ranging datasets (Required)
  • Problem-solving ability (Required)
  • Ability to manage relationships, influence and communicate complicated analysis, logic and solutions clearly and concisely (Required)
  • Financial modeling (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Working experience with Python, R, Go or similar statistics or data science language (Preferred)
  • Telecommunications experience (Preferred)
  • Other business certification (Preferred)
