About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and own comprehensive execution plans for every major business initiative impacting the frontline
  • Present executive summaries to senior leaders and tactical details to the sales field and sales leaders
  • Own pre-launch actions, launch support, and post-launch follow-up for major business initiatives
  • Own requirements for customer-facing channels across concept, assessment, requirements drafting, design, development, communication, and implementation
  • Lead execution trade-off decisions and ensure risks, scenarios, use cases, and solutions are identified and evaluated
  • Lead cross-functional teams to align project solutions with customer and frontline experience needs
  • Foster relationships with Marketing, Product Development, PMO, EPMO, Learning & Development, Corporate Communications, Finance, and IT
  • Serve as a consultant or subject matter expert on enterprise-wide project teams
  • Lead cross-functional sub-teams on technical solutions and systems design
  • Partner with Marketing and Product Development to influence solutions through requirements, design, deployment, and post-launch stages
  • Solve complex operational problems and deliver simplified customer service solutions
  • Define Sales and Care channel support models covering administration, maintenance, compliance, and technical support
  • Ensure seamless implementation of new products and services
  • Identify and mitigate issues and risks with cross-functional partners
  • Produce high-quality project documentation and mentor Analysts
  • Document lessons learned and apply them to subsequent projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 2-4 years Wireless experience; previous experience working within or supporting Retail or Care channels
  • 2-4 years Project or program management experience
  • Customer Service (Required)

  • Microsoft Office (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Travel not required
