Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical support to resolve network performance issues
Contribute to outage resolution efforts
Manage smaller projects or project segments
Deliver accurate status and progress updates
Identify and recommend process improvements related to maintenance and repair activities
Assist in developing job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation with senior technicians
Complete required training to maintain current knowledge of systems, products, and organizational standards
Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management
Maintain and improve network performance and reliability
Provide technical assistance and contribute to operational process improvements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
Vocational/Technical Training or related field (Preferred)
2-4 years working experience in Field Operations and maintenance (Preferred)
2-4 years wireless telecommunications or other related experience (Preferred)
Knowledge of 5G New Radio (NR) (Required)
Knowledge of Base Station (Required)
Knowledge of Continuous Development (Required)
Knowledge of Disaster Recovery Planning (Required)
Knowledge of Network Troubleshooting (Required)
Knowledge of Project Management (Required)
Knowledge of Radio Access Networks (RAN) (Required)
Knowledge of Technical Support (Required)
Knowledge of Wireless Backhaul (Required)
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Willingness to travel; travel required
DOT-regulated position
Candidates should live in north-central Missouri to northeast Kansas or be able to relocate at the time of hire
