About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of key products and supporting technology infrastructure in an Agile environment
- Manage teams of product managers, software developers, architects, and technical staff
- Deliver product and engineering outcomes and ensure timely delivery of product features
- Attract, hire, onboard, and retain a skilled full stack team
- Manage and develop a software engineering team through coaching and performance management
- Improve development practices, team structure, processes, tooling, security, and compliance
- Oversee technical vendor relationships and influence product features to align with technical requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and partners
- Perform other duties and projects assigned by business management
- Travel as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or a computer programming related field (Required)
- 4-7 years of experience in an Analytics and Business Intelligence development environment (Required)
- Less than 2 years of experience managing or supervising a team of 15 developers or more (Required)
- Knowledge of software with Agile Scrum methodologies and commonly used tools
- Strong requirements elicitation and technical writing skills
- Knowledge of agile development execution from strategy and architecture through deployment and support
- Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools
- Experience delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives
- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and collaborate/influence stakeholders
- Experience with successive elaboration and developing Initiatives, Features and User Stories for DevOps teams
- Strong analytical skills to identify, analyze, and synthesize product use data
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Hands-on expertise with AEM and MoEngage tools
- Experience designing and implementing authentication solutions for mobile applications
- Experience delivering contextual onboarding and home screen experiences
- Proven track record supporting large-scale mobile apps with millions of daily active users
