About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively engage a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
- Use digital tools and communicate effectively with customers
- Educate customers and showcase T-Mobile warehouse/club member benefits
- Complete training on the T-Mobile store-in-store experience, products, processes, systems, and reference resources
- Practice skills, share knowledge, and perform store operations
- Provide excellent, friendly, and engaging customer experiences
- Establish rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers
- Proactively attract potential customers to drive sales activity
- Follow up with customers
- Collect referrals
- Handle Be Back processes
- Build relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)
