About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively engage a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment
- Use digital tools and communicate effectively with customers
- Educate customers and showcase T-Mobile warehouse/club member benefits
- Complete training on the store-in-store experience, products, processes, systems, and reference resources
- Continuously learn and improve skills
- Practice skills, share knowledge, and perform store operations
- Provide friendly, personalized customer service and build rapport, trust, and loyalty
- Attract potential customers to drive sales activity
- Follow up with customers
- Collect referrals
- Handle Be Back processes
- Form relationships with new and existing customers
- Promote T-Mobile products and solutions inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting
- After completing training, promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for incentive compensation
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred)
