About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Originate, structure, and lead end-to-end execution of large-scale strategic partnerships
- Identify, create, and develop new business opportunities using market trends, emerging technologies, customer needs, and ecosystem dynamics
- Partner with senior and executive-level stakeholders to frame business decisions and influence outcomes through data-driven recommendations
- Establish and deepen senior-level relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Build expertise in priority sectors and emerging areas and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Guide cross-functional teams across Product, Technology, Legal, Finance, and Marketing
- Shape strategic direction and influence long-term business decisions
- Mentor peers and foster scalable partnerships that strengthen T-Mobile’s competitive advantage
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
- More than 10 years progressive experience in business development, alliance management, and/or strategic sales experience with financial/economic analysis, preferably in consumer-focused wireless, high-tech, or consumer electronics industries
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Expert-level negotiation skills for complex, high-stakes, and non-standard deal discussions
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and business case development
- Ability to define and break down ambiguous, high-impact business challenges
- Outstanding ability to synthesize complex ideas into executive-ready presentations
- Ability to align and mobilize cross-functional stakeholders and external partners
- Proven ability to build and leverage senior-level relationships
- Deep understanding of industry trends, new technologies, and ecosystem dynamics
- Travel required
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields preferred
