About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support business intelligence needs using data from sources such as AWS Redshift, Azure, and Databricks
  • Guide data strategy across multiple touch points, including third-party data acquisition and integration
  • Engage early in enterprise projects to define reporting requirements and incorporate them into system design
  • Develop holistic dashboards combining diverse data sets for senior management presentations
  • Drive insights from data to create strategies that improve customer experience and business performance
  • Present analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management through verbal and written communication
  • Lead the design and development of reporting structures and interfaces
  • Administer standardized reports for cross-functional use
  • Present advanced business insights and findings through data visualizations to leadership, technology, business, and finance audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in statistics, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Master’s/Advanced degree preferred
  • 7 years of experience in advanced analytics including SQL/ETL of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis and research
  • 7 years of experience in reporting and analyzing performance and data visualization using Tableau and PowerBI
  • 7 years of experience building reporting structures to support reporting and analytical projects
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Expertise in technical tools including DataViz, SQL, automation, report/metric design, and algorithms/modeling
  • Expert analytical, problem solving and critical reasoning skills
  • Advanced communication/consulting, influencing, and relationship management skills
  • Advanced functional knowledge of Telecom, Supply Chain, Network Technology, or Procurement
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good communication skills to all levels of technical expertise
