About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end product portfolio management to deliver value and maintain alignment with business objectives
- Maintain relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams to support portfolio coordination and communication
- Oversee portfolio delivery by partnering with managers to provide status updates and escalate resource and schedule risks
- Conduct regular reviews with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive decisions and provide updates on portfolio delivery and value realization
- Provide guidance on portfolio intake, documentation, prioritization, resource allocation, funding, and business realization processes
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Marketing, Business, CS, or related field (Preferred)
- 7-10 years of experience in managing, assessing, or working in some facet of the project life cycle (Preferred)
- 7-10 years of experience managing portfolios, analyzing performance, and delivering against financial and resource constraints (Preferred)
- 7-10 years of experience as a leader and mentor for project teams in a matrixed environment (Preferred)
- 7-10 years of experience managing multiple cross-functional projects with many stakeholders and varying levels of management
