About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure complex B2B customer engagements are fully delivery-ready before execution
- Validate customer readiness and resolve dependencies prior to execution
- Prevent high-risk and unready work from entering execution by enforcing readiness standards
- Drive accountability across customers, internal teams, and partners
- Shape executable commitments during late-stage sales and Day-0 planning
- Identify and mitigate financial and service-continuity risks before service delivery begins
- Provide authoritative guidance to senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive end-to-end delivery and support decision-making in high-visibility environments
- Monitor compliance with readiness standards
- Continuously improve readiness processes, standards, and tools to support service stability and long-term customer outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Related Field (Required)
- More than 10 years managing complex B2B service delivery readiness, technical program management, or program management for large-scale technology, telecom, or media organizations (Required)
- 4-7 years leading cross-functional teams and driving accountability across internal stakeholders, customers, and partners (Required)
- 4-7 years presenting complex risk, governance, and operational topics to senior executives (Required)
- Problem-solving ability for complex delivery readiness issues, dependencies, and risks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project management expertise in late-stage sales and Day-0 planning
- Cross-functional relationship management
- Strategic thinking and readiness standards enforcement
- Negotiation and stakeholder influence
- Analytics proficiency
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Wireless technology and telecommunications industry knowledge
- Executive communications and presentation skills
