About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the end-to-end design lifecycle, including discovery, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design guidelines
- Present design decisions to the evolving design system, including pattern libraries, design principles, and guidelines
- Ensure consistent, cohesive user experiences across the T-Ads product ecosystem
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to refine and enhance requirements
- Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with guidance from senior designers
- Engage regularly with internal and external users to surface pain points and inform design decisions
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Design, or related field (Preferred)
- 2-4 years related working experience as a Product Designer (Required)
- End-to-end user experience design including discovery, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design (Required)
- Builds interactive prototypes to communicate design intent and support usability testing (Required)
- Documents and maps user flows and workflows (Required)
- Produces wireframes (Required)
- Applies UI design patterns and interaction principles (Required)
- Applies a user-centered, iterative design-thinking approach (Required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate and defend design decisions (Required)
- Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and balance multiple concurrent design workstreams against shifting deadlines (Required)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern design/collaboration tools (Required)
- Strong knowledge of accessibility guidelines, including WCAG, and UI patterns (Required)
- Experience designing enterprise/B2B software, complex workflows, operator tools, dashboards, or data-heavy interfaces (Preferred)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
