About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own products or features with moderate complexity and scope end to end
  • Create, manage, maintain, and communicate product vision and roadmap
  • Identify target customers and conduct end-user product research
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify innovation opportunities and root causes
  • Run hypothesis-driven tests and experiments, including prototypes and A/B testing
  • Conduct cost-benefit, ROI, NPV, and competitive product analyses
  • Secure and maintain product funding
  • Present and sell ideas to directors and stakeholders
  • Recommend product features and positioning strategies
  • Assess partnerships, licensing opportunities, and technology trends
  • Gather customer insights and maintain an active voice-of-customer feed
  • Advocate for customers and promote a customer-first culture
  • Write detailed features and user stories for development teams
  • Own and prioritize product backlogs serving 1–4 Agile/Scrum/Sprint teams
  • Collaborate with architecture, development, marketing, sales, legal, finance, and other stakeholders
  • Define and communicate release schedules
  • Track product health and success metrics through dashboards and reports
  • Conduct Product Quarterly Business Reviews and steering meetings
  • Run beta and pilot programs
  • Support go-to-market, sales, marketing, advertising, and public relations activities
  • Support software development from strategy and architecture through deployment and support
  • Make trade-off decisions based on technical challenges
  • Own product quality, production performance, and critical defect response
  • Develop adoption tools and training materials
  • Identify and resolve execution, operational, and organizational issues
  • Build relationships with technical and non-technical teams, customers, outside partners, and third parties
  • Maintain professional knowledge through workshops, publications, networks, and professional societies

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
