About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Responsible AI evaluation framework and program, and the AI transparency and disclosure standard
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business and technical goals
  • Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and inform product decisions using data analysis and customer feedback
  • Translate product strategy into detailed features and user stories
  • Manage the product backlog to support Agile development teams, including evaluation tests and benchmarks built and run by AI engineers
  • Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, and the Applied AI design authority to coordinate release schedules and ensure timely product delivery
  • Monitor product performance and quality in production
  • Address defects and drive continuous improvement
  • Track evaluation findings to closure with system owners
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience (Required)
  • 3+ years experience in a hands-on technical role writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in a large-scale company, application or product environment (Required)
  • 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment (Required)

  • Experience with AI used in regulated decision areas such as employment, credit or insurance, working alongside Legal, Privacy or compliance (Preferred)
