About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end analysis on Care's most complex and ambiguous business questions, from problem framing through recommendation delivery
  • Apply advanced analytical, statistical, and experimentation techniques to identify outcome drivers, size opportunities, and prioritize resources
  • Build scalable data and reporting solutions, including dashboards and self-service tools, supporting enterprise objectives
  • Create and deliver executive-level presentations that turn complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across Care, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Network
  • Drive alignment and action on key recommendations as a trusted advisor
  • Contribute to other duties and projects as assigned by business management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree plus 7 years of related work experience, OR advanced degree plus 5 years of related experience
  • Acceptable areas of study: Data Analysis, Data Science, Decision Science, similar quantitative fields, or equivalent practical experience
  • 7–10 years of analytics experience solving ambiguous, high-stakes business problems using quantitative approaches
  • Advanced SQL for querying and analyzing complex, large-scale datasets
  • Proficiency with data visualization / BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Advanced analytics, including experimentation design/A/B testing, competitive analysis, and quantitative research
  • Ability to synthesize complex analytical findings for senior/executive audiences and drive alignment on recommendations
  • Data storytelling skills
  • Stakeholder management experience with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Preferred: proficiency in Python, R, or Go
  • Preferred: financial modeling
  • Preferred: experience with churn, retention, or customer lifecycle analytics in a subscription business
  • Preferred: telecommunications, broadband, or HSI experience
  • Preferred: management consulting, strategy, or internal consulting experience
