About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design, implementation, and training of decision support tools to enhance data-driven decision making
- Develop and deliver new reports and perform ad-hoc reporting to address evolving business requirements
- Collaborate with senior management to define and prioritize analysis and reporting initiatives
- Provide cross-training and serve as backup support to team members to ensure continuity of operations
- Train and assist junior analysts and sales partners to build analytical capabilities across the organization
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management
- Gather, validate, and document reporting requirements
- Provide analytical decision support tools and insights for leadership and sales teams
- Collaborate on larger projects and initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
- 5 years’ experience in a Business Analysis and/or Reporting Analysis role (Required)
