About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, and monitor quality control for business processes
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and present validated cost savings or efficiencies
- Align projects with broader organizational goals and business benefits
- Explain project business benefits and contribute to business case and feasibility development
- Identify and document the impact of change and suggest policy, goal, and rule changes
- Improve system and process efficiencies through more efficient processes, system modifications, and new systems and technologies
- Provide structure, feedback, and direction
- Create clear and measurable goals and hold self and others accountable
- Mentor others and contribute to organizational knowledge on process design, modeling, execution, monitoring, and optimization

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Business, Finance or related field (Preferred)
- 4-7 years related work experience (Preferred)
- Experience in telecommunications industry (Preferred)
- Experience in B2B Sales, Sales Operations or Marketing Operations (Preferred)
- Business Analysis (Required)
- Business Case Development (Required)
- Business Process Management (BPM) (Required)
- Change Management (Required)
- Customer Experience Management (Required)
- Leadership Development Programs (Required)

- Root Cause Identification (Required)

- Salesforce.com, Data Loader, Inspector (Preferred)
- B2B Prospecting, Data Intelligence and/or Data Management Platforms such as Outreach, Traction Complete (Preferred)

- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
