About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive digital experience strategy for MintMobile.com
- Identify opportunities to improve the ecommerce customer journey, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes
- Translate business and product requirements into scalable ecommerce UX strategies, customer flows, and digital experience requirements
- Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics through discovery, build, testing, and launch
- Support priority business projects by owning UX impact assessment
- Define customer experience implications
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment across business, technical, and creative teams
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators
- Evaluate digital experience effectiveness, identify experience gaps, and guide continuous optimization
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Marketing, Business or related field (Preferred)
- 7-10 years experience in Marketing (Preferred)
- A/B Testing (Required)
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) (Required)
- Communication (Required)
- Customer Journey Mapping (Required)
- Data Analysis (Required)
