About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team focused on evolving end-to-end in-store and Care experiences
  • Guide digital product development from conception to launch
  • Collaborate with Engineers, Designers, Researchers, Marketers, and Business teams
  • Develop strategy, plans, and outcomes across T-Mobile postpaid and prepaid journeys, including Metro by T-Mobile
  • Align product strategy with business goals across both brands
  • Drive cross-functional alignment to assess and evolve digital selling experiences
  • Prioritize features and improvements based on brand-specific customer needs and opportunities
  • Evaluate wireless, digital, assisted, and competitive trends and inform roadmap innovation
  • Manage the lifecycle of multiple products supporting both brands
  • Oversee product vision, business cases, and roadmap execution across acquisition, upgrade, and cross-sell journeys
  • Develop and drive change-management strategies and align team goals with corporate and brand priorities
  • Coach and provide execution guidance to the Product Management team
  • Drive accountability with T-Mobile and vendor partners for performance, funding, and service levels
  • Facilitate cross-brand budget alignment, collaboration, efficiency, and cost management
  • Hire and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience (Required)
  • Master’s/Advanced Degree in Business Administration
  • 10+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile product development environment (Required)
  • 4–7 years’ experience managing teams of 5 or more resources in a direct reporting relationship in a Product Management organization (Required)
  • Product Lifecycle Management experience delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives (Required)
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with leadership while employing collaboration and influence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present complex technical information clearly to executives and non-technical leaders (Required)
  • Strong business analytics skills, including identifying, analyzing, and synthesizing product use data (Required)
  • Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools (Required)
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Willingness to travel
