Key responsibilities & impact

  • Design, build, and configure technical solutions aligned with client requirements and software development principles
  • Gain expert-level knowledge of product architecture and workflows through active project involvement
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain best practices
  • Oversee technical relationships with multiple vendors and advocate for product enhancements
  • Reassess, refine, and optimize current processes
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Fraud, Business, and IT Production Support teams to facilitate releases
  • Communicate project details, issues, and timelines to senior management
  • Provide technical support to stakeholder teams
  • Manage and develop multiple teams to deliver projects on time and own the budget
  • Provide technical leadership, coaching, performance feedback, and business solution expertise
  • Foster innovation through scalable and repeatable productized solutions
  • Maintain a client-first focus and identify process improvement opportunities
  • Attract, hire, and retain high-performing software configuration owners, technical staff, and managers
  • Build relationships with partner organizations, dependent IT engineering teams, and vendors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience, or a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
  • 7+ years relevant product management experience in an Agile software product development environment
  • 2–4 years experience in a leadership role
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Proven success delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools
  • Broad awareness of open source and AWS Cloud technologies
  • Preferred: Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or related field
  • Preferred: 2–4 years managing teams of 5 or more resources in direct reporting relationships in a Product Management organization
  • Preferred: Expertise configuring and testing decision engines such as FICO Platform or Experian PowerCurve
  • Preferred: Knowledge and proficient use of Java, JavaScript, and NoSQL/Aurora
  • Preferred: Advanced scripting in Python, Perl, or Shell
  • Preferred: Source Code Management Tools experience
  • Preferred: Performance, Load, Stress, and Scalability Testing experience
  • Preferred: Automated testing framework implementation experience
  • Preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Scrum Product Owner Certification (CSPO), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
