Lead and support a team of Retail Store Managers to increase customer penetration and market growth
Drive growth, profitability, customer experience, and strategic execution across rural markets
Collaborate with Field Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to evaluate coverage, resource investments, and expansion opportunities
Develop, train, mentor, and support team members
Mentor and promote high-performing Retail Store Managers
Build and maintain a culture of success and continuous improvement
Conduct market and store visits to assess operations and implement improvement strategies
Ensure retail stores are staffed and trained to approved levels
Lead recruiting, selection, hiring, training, and ongoing leadership development
Conduct market surveys, operational audits, and compliance checks
Simplify operations by reducing complexity and removing barriers
Drive customer-focused and revenue-generating outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in business or related study or 4–7 years of equivalent work experience (Preferred)
2–4 years leading and managing multi-unit retail operations, preferably in rural or small market areas (Required)
2–4 years hiring, recruiting, onboarding, training, and driving performance in an environment grounded in trust and mutual respect (Required)
2–4 years collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and operational excellence (Required)
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Leadership ability to lead and inspire Retail Store Managers (Required)
Change management skills across multiple retail locations (Required)
