About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assess and define the architectural vision for Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-to-end solutions for Fraud, Credit, Collections and Payments decision engine configurations
  • Define supporting technology capabilities and infrastructure for new and existing customers
  • Lead scoping discussions, determine technical feasibility, and contribute to strategy delivery
  • Enhance system performance, improve process efficiencies, and drive integration of emerging technologies
  • Attract, hire, retain, and manage Software Configuration owners, technical staff, and Managers
  • Build relationships with partner organizations, dependent IT engineering teams, and supporting vendors
  • Recommend technical direction across the solution lifecycle, including testing, privacy, data protection, and regulatory compliance
  • Ensure secure architecture and data design for customer onboarding, decisioning, account servicing, and financial transactions
  • Maintain system documentation, architecture blueprints, and technical standards
  • Participate in code reviews and advocate with vendors for feature and functionality enhancements
  • Partner with Strategy, Fraud, Business, and IT Production Support teams on technology strategy, scope, delivery phasing, and workstreams
  • Provide direction, developmental feedback, coaching, tools, performance reviews, career development planning, and responsibility assignments to technical product teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
  • 7-10 years of relevant Product & Roadmap Management experience in an Agile software product development environment
  • 7-10 years of Enterprise Systems Architecture
  • 2-4 years experience in a leadership role
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Proven success delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to evaluate multi-vendor, multi-platform technology landscapes
  • Skill in building and maintaining multi-year business capability roadmaps
  • Ability to engage with strategic FCRM vendors including FICO, Experian, TransUnion, and emerging fintech platforms
  • Experience with performance, load, stress and scalability testing
  • Experience implementing automated testing frameworks
  • Broad awareness of open source and AWS Cloud technologies
