About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead project teams to deliver technical solutions meeting schedule and quality requirements across multiple functions
- Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and report status to partners and sponsors
- Identify and assess project risks and process, tool, and standard gaps; implement mitigation strategies and facilitate risk reviews
- Coordinate project and process documentation, approvals, and distribution to ensure compliance with company standards
- Facilitate project meetings and communication to keep teams informed and aligned on objectives
- Coordinate with national hubs, technology development, and procurement on deployment readiness alignment
- Develop and implement standards and workflows for projects and programs
- Close projects by archiving documentation, transferring deliverables, and translating takeaways into updated processes, business requirements, and recommended improvements
- Support FOA validation
- Drive training and adoption
- Perform other duties and projects assigned by business management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or combination of equivalent experience and education (Required)
- 4-7 years of industry experience as a program or product manager within a technology environment (Required)
- Progressive record of successful delivery of complex solutions, systems, or services
- Experience working on projects in a wireless industry (Preferred)

- Working knowledge of Lucid, MagentaBuilt, Talon, and ScopeWorker (Preferred)
- Knowledge of RF, development, and operations processes (Preferred)
- Experience documenting end-to-end process flows in Lucid (Preferred)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Travel required
