About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and apply allocation policies and inventory control processes to match product availability to channel demand
Lead cross-functional teams to improve supply chain and allocation processes
Partner with channel partners, supply chain teams, and internal stakeholders to keep inventory flow aligned with priorities
Analyze demand, sales, and inventory data to support forecasts, allocation decisions, and risk identification
Manage vendor relationships to support inventory availability and business objectives
Identify and implement improvements to supply chain performance and service level results
Allocate inventory to sales channels based on leadership priorities while meeting service level targets
Recommend and align with cross-channel leaders on inventory availability customers can expect

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience, OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
Acceptable areas of study include Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
