About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support small and medium business sales teams in-market to drive solution adoption and customer engagement
  • Participate in customer meetings to provide technical consultation and solution guidance
  • Facilitate wireless network coverage analysis and review to optimize customer solutions
  • Assist with processing in-building coverage requests to improve network accessibility
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of wireless devices, network technologies, and value-added solutions to support sales efforts
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management
  • Provide technical expertise to design and present wireless solutions that meet customer needs
  • Consult on customer opportunities and analyze wireless network coverage
  • Address technical inquiries and contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience, OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience, OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years of experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales and managing internal/external relationships in a matrix environment (Preferred)
  • Experience supporting Enterprise and Public Sector accounts (Preferred)
