About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee platform architecture and lead development efforts across the portfolio suite of products
- Partner with Product teams to deliver roadmap items efficiently and with technical excellence
- Implement engineering best practices, team structure, and development workflows across the new organization
- Ensure infrastructure stability, security, and performance in line with SLAs and compliance standards
- Build and manage a high-performing engineering team that fosters technical leadership and innovation
- Participate in other duties or projects as assigned by business management as needed
- Oversee all software development and infrastructure operations for the T-Ads portfolio
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and robust technical architecture of platforms within the portfolio
- Drive unification of engineering cultures and practices across integrated teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Related Field (Required)
- 12+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, including platform-scale architecture
- 7-10 years of experience managing teams responsible for uptime, scalability, and performance
- 4-7 years of experience operating in complex, integrated product environments
- Expertise in system design, software development, and technical operations
- Strong leadership in agile engineering environments with cross-team dependencies
- Ability to build technical strategies aligned with long-term product and business goals
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Travel required
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering Management, or Related Field (Preferred)
- PhD in Computer Science or Engineering (Preferred)
