Key responsibilities & impact

Support strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of digital products and technology solutions across the HR Digital Experiences & Solutions portfolio
Partner with the Senior Product Manager on product roadmaps, strategic priorities, and HR Digital initiatives
Own assigned product roadmaps, delivery plans, product requirements, and prioritized backlogs
Lead technical discovery and requirements definition with HR stakeholders, product analysts, technology teams, and business partners
Define and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and enhancements
Facilitate product decisions, resolve delivery impediments, and escalate risks and dependencies
Translate HR business challenges into practical, scalable digital solutions
Provide day-to-day product direction for backlog refinement, sprint planning, solution validation, testing, and release readiness
Identify opportunities for platform capabilities, workflow automation, integrations, and emerging technologies
Monitor product performance, associate feedback, service delivery metrics, and operational insights
Support product maturity, platform optimization, adoption, training, communications, and operational transitions
Provide functional leadership, coaching, mentoring, and guidance to product analysts and Agile delivery teams
May manage product analysts, including performance management, professional development, goal setting, and coaching
Coordinate product releases, business validation, user acceptance testing, stakeholder communications, and operational readiness
Monitor post-release performance, defects, improvement opportunities, and additional business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
5+ years of total relevant work experience
Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), including case management, associate workflows, and knowledge management
Working knowledge of Workday applications, such as HCM, Absence, or Talent, and how they integrate with other enterprise platforms
Experience translating HR and associate experience needs into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs
Experience with Agile delivery tools like Rally and Jira
Certified Product Owner credential, such as CSPO, PSPO, or equivalent
ServiceNow certifications are a plus
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role
