店舗の運用フローや課題をヒアリングし、最適な導入プランを提案
TableCheckの各種機能設定、動作確認
導入スケジュールの策定・管理、店舗との調整業務
店舗ごとの状況や課題に応じた設定調整・運用方法の提案
店舗スタッフへの操作レクチャー(オンライン or 訪問)
利用開始から初期運用の定着に向けた支援
複数店舗を並行して担当
業務時間の大半はPC作業(設定・動作確認・オンラインでのレクチャーなど)

Requirements

What you’ll need

日常的にPCを使って業務をしてきた方 (目安:手元を見ずにタイピングできる、Excelやスプレッドシートで表の作成・編集ができる、Web会議やチャットツールを使える)
歓迎要件: SaaS企業でのカスタマーサクセス、システム導入、サポート経験
IT業界での勤務経験
飲食店・ホテルでの勤務経験
店舗向けサービスや予約管理システムの利用経験
仮説検証を通じて、課題解決に取り組める方
お客様や組織の課題を自ら発見し、解決に向けて行動できる方
スタートアップの環境を楽しめる方
正社員(期間の定め無し)
試用期間:6ヶ月
勤務時間:10:00~19:00
残業10〜20時間/月(職種・時期により変動あり)
