利用開始から初期運用の定着までの支援
複数店舗を並行して担当
契約店舗の課題解決、事業成果、継続的な成功および顧客価値最大化を支援

Requirements

日常的にPCを使って業務をしてきた方
手元を見ずにタイピングできることが目安
Excelやスプレッドシートで表の作成・編集ができること
Web会議やチャットツールを使えること
SaaS企業でのカスタマーサクセス、システム導入、サポート経験（歓迎）
IT業界での勤務経験（歓迎）
飲食店・ホテルでの勤務経験（歓迎）
店舗向けサービスや予約管理システムの利用経験（歓迎）
仮説検証を通じて課題解決に取り組めること
