About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Recruit and select employees with high flexibility in response to demand fluctuations
Manage employee onboarding and development
Process HR administration and maintain employee records
Process payroll and ensure payroll accuracy, including backup for the payroll accountant
Ensure correctness of wages and HR documentation
Collaborate on HR strategy development and implementation
Collaborate on personnel budgeting and cost planning
Collaborate on performance and talent management processes
Organize employee development and training
Monitor legislative changes and ensure labor law compliance
Develop, update, and implement internal HR policies and procedures
Cooperate daily with managers on HR-related matters
Strengthen employer brand and foster company culture
Report HR metrics and communicate regularly with company management
Participate in international projects within the group/company network
Introduce, maintain, and update HR software
Organize company events, meetings, and training
Communicate with external partners, legislative authorities, employment agencies, and social and health insurance institutions
Ensure adequate staffing levels and workforce qualifications
Manage personnel costs in line with the approved budget
Support employee development and talent management
Ensure compliance with labor law and internal HR policies
Strengthen company culture and foster a positive, productive working environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

University or bachelor’s degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR
Knowledge of Czech labor law
Experience with payroll and knowledge of HR and payroll procedures
High level of emotional intelligence, interpersonal and communication skills
Active approach in creating positive culture
Diligence, independence and flexibility
Loyal, trustworthy and discreet personality
Proactive attitude
Knowledge of English
Good PC user skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Experience with HR and payroll software preferred
Basic knowledge of ERP preferred
German language preferred
Previous experience in a production company preferred
