Requirements

What you’ll need

人事・採用実務経験、法人営業・キャリアアドバイザー・カスタマーサクセス、コールセンター等の社外折衝経験を2年以上お持ちの方
定量的な目標に対しプロセスを自ら設計し、継続的に達成してきた実績
不確実な状況下でも目標達成に向けてPDCAサイクルを回し、やり切ることができる行動力
基本的なPCスキル（Word, Excel, PowerPoint, その他ITツール）
フルタイム（40時間/週）の勤務が可能な方
日本時間9:00-18:00に勤務可能な方
