About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team of 15–20 Forward Deployed Engineers in the NORAM region
Ensure signed contracts are delivered into production with measurable business value
Own the Quarterly Go-live ARR metric for the NORAM region
Manage team operations, including backlog, implementation pipeline, staffing, capacity, milestones, and project outcomes
Scale the FDE-led delivery model with Engineering and Product teams
Build and maintain the FDE tooling library and operating-system layer
Advocate for team priorities and secure resources for key implementations
Hire and develop Forward Deployed Engineers
Act as principal FDE and solution architect on complex enterprise deployments
Lead technical problem-solving sessions with customer and internal engineering teams
Provide product-market-fit, product-gap, and enhancement feedback to Product and Engineering
Perform platform configuration, AI-agent training, and evaluations
Step into delivery work when projects require additional support

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience as an Implementation Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Solution Engineer, or equivalent within a B2B SaaS company
Experience leading large, multi-quarter enterprise implementations with seven-figure ARR and cross-functional teams
Strong technical background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science
Experience managing a team of 5+ reports
Production Python and SQL proficiency
Fluency with REST APIs, batch data pipelines, and data-warehouse integrations
Ability to work from the NYC office at least three days per week
Ideal but not required: experience building AI applications within financial services
Ideal but not required: experience applying and optimizing statistical and machine learning models
Ideal but not required: experience with business onboarding, business loan underwriting, insurance claim processing, or financial crime/fraud/AML investigation
Ideal but not required: experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
