About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience supporting customers, ideally in a phone-based or contact centre role
  • Confidence handling complaints or service issues

  • Good attention to detail
  • Must be based within commuting distance of Nottingham
  • Quiet home setup and reliable broadband
