About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support customers with service queries
- Handle complaints and payment queries
- Book repairs, including boiler repairs
- Manage insurance service calls for partners including John Lewis, Scottish Power, HSBC and Argos
- Handle inbound calls with no sales responsibilities
- Listen, resolve issues, and provide a calm, structured and compliant service experience
- Complete three weeks of initial training
- Work within smaller supportive teams
- Participate in daily huddles and regular 1:1s with the Team Leader and colleagues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience directly supporting customers, ideally in a phone-based or contact centre role
- Confidence in handling complaints, queries or service issues in a structured environment
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive, positive attitude
- Customer service experience, ideally 12+ months in a contact centre or phone-based role
- Quiet place to work from home
- Reliable broadband
- Ability to work shifts on a 6-week rotation across a 7-day rota
- Ability to work 2 out of every 6 weekends
- Proof of right to work in the UK
