About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the full product lifecycle from customer problem discovery through launch and continuous improvement
  • Talk to customers, understand their challenges, and identify scalable product opportunities
  • Assess existing TeamBit solutions for scalability into products
  • Identify and validate new product opportunities within the Atlassian ecosystem and Marketplace
  • Translate customer problems and product ideas into clear development requirements and priorities
  • Collaborate with developers throughout product development
  • Make product decisions and set priorities when resources are limited
  • Own product positioning and pricing with the team
  • Bring products to market, collect customer feedback, and use results to guide next steps

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience building B2B SaaS or marketplace products
  • Strong understanding of product development principles and lifecycle
  • Ability to distinguish delivering a project from building a product
  • Ability to identify the underlying problem behind customer requests
  • Strong analytical thinking and data- and customer-insight-based decision-making
  • Confidence prioritising and making decisions with incomplete information
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and technical teams
  • Ownership mentality
  • Ability to move quickly while keeping priorities and outcomes clear
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn the Atlassian ecosystem, customers, and their businesses
  • Clear, consistent communication and ability to challenge assumptions
  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Nice to have: startup or scale-up experience
