About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build end-to-end features across Vue 3, TypeScript, Django, and Django REST Framework
Develop and maintain lender and investor interfaces
Evolve loan pricing and investor eligibility matching engines
Integrate with LOS platforms, due diligence providers, credit vendors, and valuation vendors
Design data models and background pipelines that remain performant as volume grows
Write and maintain tests using pytest, Vitest, and Playwright
Own features from frontend interfaces through backend APIs to pricing and eligibility engines
Collaborate with R&D colleagues in Israel and US-based colleagues with regular overlap during US afternoons

Requirements

What you’ll need

Daily, hands-on work with AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar
Experience building AI into a product, including LLM features, agents, retrieval, and evaluation
5+ years building production software
3+ years hands-on Vue.js and TypeScript experience
Strong Python and Django experience
Strong REST API skills
Database skills including schema design, query performance, and safe migrations
Experience in complex platform companies involving integrations, real data, and scale
Strong UI/UX judgment and clear communication
Proven remote work experience
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to work independently and manage several threads simultaneously
Proactive mindset and willingness to learn new technologies
Comfortable in a client-facing, professional environment
Nice to have: fintech or mortgage background, OpenSearch, Playwright
