About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care
  • Treat lower to moderate acuity populations, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD
  • Conduct 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-up sessions
  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy
  • Make clinical decisions without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume
  • Work within an integrated care model with an in-house referral network to psychiatrists and therapists
  • Collaborate in a team-based clinical community
  • Use operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
  • Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority
  • Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
  • Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care
  • Experience with comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management
  • Experience providing psychoeducation and supportive therapy
  • Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model
  • Proficiency using electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently
  • Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and collaborative, team-based approach
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous clinical development
  • Authorization to work in the U.S., verified through E-Verify after offer acceptance and Form I-9 completion
