About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide 100% remote, outpatient psychiatric care
  • Treat lower to moderate acuity populations, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and PTSD
  • Conduct 60-minute intakes and 30-minute follow-up sessions
  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, medication management, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy
  • Practice without inpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, or crisis coverage responsibilities
  • Collaborate through an integrated care model with in-house psychiatrists and therapists
  • Maintain clinical autonomy over schedule, weekly availability, session structure, and patient population
  • Make clinical decisions without pressure to shorten visits or increase volume
  • Use operational support for scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing
  • Document care accurately and efficiently in electronic medical records

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
  • Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority
  • Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
  • Experience delivering outpatient psychiatric care
  • Experience with comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management
  • Experience providing psychoeducation and supportive therapy
  • Comfort practicing in a fully remote, telepsychiatry-based model
  • Proficiency using electronic medical records to document care accurately and efficiently
  • Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and collaborative, team-based approach
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous clinical development
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. after accepting a job offer and completing Form I-9
