About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build new clinical programs from concept to launch and scaled operations
- Establish workflows and operating rhythms for new programs
- Evaluate early results and determine whether programs should change or expand
- Convert successful pilots into repeatable operating models
- Design end-to-end workflows with Clinical and Operations
- Document standard operating procedures and job aids
- Define EMR workflows
- Create dashboards for program performance, service levels, volume, and risks
- Use practical automation and AI to streamline early operations
- Launch and evaluate partnership pilots with internal teams and external partners
- Define pilot scope, patient journeys, responsibilities, handoffs, success measures, and launch plans
- Monitor patient and operational outcomes and recommend whether to stop, adjust, or scale partnerships
- Partner with Data, Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations to strengthen systems
- Support Care Management operations by helping define case-complexity assessment, work routing, service levels, capacity balancing, and impact measurement
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–6+ years of experience in consulting, operations, program management, or implementation
- Experience building and managing clinical programs from concept through scaled operations
- Workflow and operating model expertise
- Ability to map patient and team journeys, define ownership and decision points, reduce handoffs, and design scalable workflows
- Ability to write standard operating procedures and job aids
- Fluency with metrics, dashboards, and spreadsheets
- Ability to define success measures and evaluate program performance
- Experience working with clinical leaders, operations teams, technical partners, and external organizations
- Moderate SQL experience preferred but not required
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or another regulated, high-growth environment preferred but not required
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company that has demonstrated scale preferred but not required
- Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship or transfer requirements are addressed in the application
