About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the operating system that enables Clinical Operations leaders and support staff to work more efficiently and make faster, better-informed decisions
  • Create capacity across Clinical Operations leaders so they can scale with the business and focus on clinical and leadership judgment
  • Manage support staff addressing clinician questions and escalations in daily practice
  • Coordinate operational processes that reduce clinician and Clinical Operations leadership burden
  • Design and own end-to-end Clinical Operations workflows, including ownership, decision points, SOPs, escalation paths, and SLAs
  • Build SQL- and business-intelligence-based reporting on workflow performance, resource allocation, turnaround times, recurring demand, and operational outcomes
  • Identify demand patterns, capacity needs, intervention points, and broader business outcomes
  • Launch frontline AI agents, automate workflow steps, and improve data access
  • Expand clinician self-service through onboarding education, recurring forums, online guidance, FAQs, and support agents
  • Develop playbooks, toolkits, job aids, and decision rules for dyads and coordinators
  • Route routine work to coordinators or self-service channels and maintain escalation paths for complex cases
  • Measure clinician performance, quality, and satisfaction as each dyad supports more clinicians
  • Transform the function through technology enablement, productionalization, and AI solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-6+ years of experience in operations, consulting, program management, analytics, implementation, or a related field
  • Ability to write SQL independently
  • Experience using dashboards, spreadsheets, and business intelligence tools
  • Ability to map and redesign end-to-end workflows
  • Hands-on experience using automation, AI, or no-code and low-code tools to improve frontline operations
  • Ability to create standard operating procedures, playbooks, service levels, and escalation paths
  • Preferred but not required: experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or another regulated, high-growth environment
  • Preferred but not required: experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company that has demonstrated scale
  • Preferred but not required: hands-on experience with business intelligence platforms, workflow automation tools, or AI agents used in frontline operations
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship or visa transfer may be required to work in the US
