Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end clinician onboarding and success operations
  • Run daily workflows with clear operating rhythms, service levels, ownership, and escalation paths
  • Improve dashboards, signals, and decision tools that predict program success
  • Monitor leading indicators, identify risks early, and turn data into specific cross-functional actions
  • Use clinician supply and patient demand insights to inform hiring strategies, targeted marketing, and capacity planning
  • Trigger real-time interventions using Operations and Product levers
  • Build practical playbooks, decision rules, and escalation paths for rapid, consistent intervention
  • Feed successful interventions back into standard processes
  • Redesign manual, people-dependent support into technology-enabled workflows
  • Apply AI, automation, and improved tooling to reduce repetitive work, handoffs, errors, and resource needs
  • Partner across Clinical, Operations, Data, Product, Engineering, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing
  • Translate operational problems into requirements and collaborate with technical partners on deeper product or data capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-6+ years of experience in operations, consulting, program management, implementation, or a related field
  • SQL experience required
  • Fluency with metrics, dashboards, and spreadsheets
  • Ability to define leading and lagging indicators and translate analysis into operating decisions
  • Experience mapping, diagnosing, and redesigning end-to-end workflows
  • Ability to use AI and no-code or low-code tools for automation, decision support, and prototyping
  • Ability to write clear requirements and partner with Data, Product, and Engineering
  • Cross-functional execution experience without direct reporting authority
  • Interest in mental health and improving clinician and patient experiences
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or another regulated, high-growth environment preferred but not required
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company that has demonstrated scale preferred but not required
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship or transfer requirements are addressed in the application
