About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Source and engage licensed mental health professionals through job boards, professional networks, social media, and other recruiting channels.
Review applications, screen resumes, conduct initial candidate interviews, and verify clinical licensure and qualifications.
Coordinate interviews with clinical hiring teams and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support ongoing clinical hiring needs.
Provide a positive and responsive candidate experience from initial outreach through the hiring process.
Support targeted recruitment campaigns, including email outreach, job postings, and other sourcing initiatives.
Assist with recruitment events and relationship-building efforts with academic institutions and professional associations.
Partner with the Clinical Recruitment team to understand hiring priorities and identify qualified candidates.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in applicant tracking systems.
Track recruiting metrics, candidate pipelines, and progress toward hiring goals.
Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and recruitment workflows.
Represent Talkspace’s mission and values through positive, professional interactions with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with clinical hiring teams to understand role requirements and support recruitment needs.
Stay informed about behavioral health recruiting trends, clinical licensure requirements, and relevant hiring practices.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–2+ years of experience recruiting clinical therapists or licensed mental health professionals.
Experience sourcing, screening, and engaging clinical candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Familiarity with behavioral health roles, clinical licensure requirements, and recruiting practices.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.
A proactive, resourceful, and collaborative attitude with a willingness to take initiative and learn.
Experience using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and recruiting tools.
