About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support outbound business development initiatives targeting institutional investors, wealth managers, family offices, RIAs, and alternative asset managers
  • Assist with prospecting, lead generation, and sales outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, conferences, and other channels
  • Research prospective clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Coordinate and track business development activities across the sales pipeline
  • Participate in client meetings, conference calls, and relationship management initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key market participants
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and accurately track client interactions and opportunities
  • Manage sales workflows and pipeline progression
  • Monitor lead activity and support timely follow-up processes
  • Assist with pipeline reporting, forecasting, and sales performance analysis
  • Track relationship milestones and engagement metrics
  • Support creation and distribution of marketing materials and sales collateral
  • Assist with LinkedIn campaigns, conference communications, and outreach initiatives
  • Coordinate conference preparation and post-event follow-up activities
  • Support development of messaging, presentations, and commercial content
  • Attend industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings
  • Assist with meeting scheduling and event logistics
  • Conduct attendee research and identify relevant prospects prior to events
  • Capture market intelligence and relationship-building opportunities from conferences and meetings
  • Track commercial metrics and KPIs
  • Monitor outreach performance and pipeline activity
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and operational efficiency
  • Work directly with senior members of the commercial team to help scale Tangible's fintech business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Strong interest in financial markets, private equity, and alternative investments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with data
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Candidates should be willing to pursue and maintain FINRA registration
  • Preferred: Internship experience in finance, sales, consulting, fintech, wealth management, investment management, or financial services
  • Preferred: Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Preferred: Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data management skills
  • Preferred: Experience with LinkedIn and professional networking tools
  • Preferred: Demonstrated leadership, initiative, or entrepreneurial experience through internships, student organizations, athletics, or extracurricular activities
  • Preferred: Strong desire to pursue a career in financial sales and business development
