About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and machine learning models for complex business problems
Create and maintain high-performance, scalable backend systems for LLMs and AI agents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows
Optimize and fine-tune models and AI agents for performance, accuracy, and efficiency
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for AI model and AI agent deployment
Monitor and troubleshoot AI systems in production to ensure reliability and robustness
Stay current with advances in AI, machine learning, AI agents, and related technologies
Design, develop, test, and deploy products from the ground up while iterating with product management and customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of professional experience
Proven experience as an AI Developer, AI Engineer, or similar role
Expert knowledge of at least one of Golang, Python, or Java; Golang preferred
Experience with Kubernetes
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
Experience with LLMs, AI Agents, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Familiarity with containerization technologies
Knowledge of modern server-side and browser-side software frameworks
Ability to write automated tests
Skilled debugging in production environments
Effective technical and non-technical written and oral communication
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Must protect Tanium information and other assets
Must comply with Tanium policies and applicable agreements
